ABOUT US

I'm Nik, a French-American married to an Irish girl, and we reside in a dynamic little village in the sunny south of France. As an osteopathic practitioner with a background in architectural studies, I have always been passionate about art, aesthetics, and design. Being bilingual from an early age, I developed a keen interest in words, languages, and especially wordplays, which you'll notice feature prominently in my tee designs.

My current creative journey took off during the COVID years and was propelled further by recent health challenges. In the past year, I've been dealing with a pituitary gland tumour affecting my growth hormone (acromegaly). After a successful operation in December 2023, I'm not yet fully in the clear, but I feel I'm on the mend. Despite the tumour being gone, my mind is constantly buzzing with new ideas for PICKY TEE.

Aside from the culinary link, the name "PICKY TEE" also stems from my love of creating unique designs and the challenge of picking the best ones to share with you. I hope you enjoy perusing our collection and find it just as exciting to pick a tee or two (or three!) for yourself.
